In 2025 Welcome to Fife brought a group of travel-trade buyers along the Fife coast on a familiarisation trip, and East Neuk Seaweed was the shore stop. This is their film of the day: two and a half minutes of a seaweed foraging session as it sits inside a wider Fife itinerary — the arrival at the shore, the safety briefing, the foraging on the low-tide rock, and the cooking that follows.
