A Forager’s Summer is a short film by Michelle Sanders that follows a summer of seaweed foraging on the East Neuk of Fife: the big spring lows, the harvest, and the cooking that follows it on the beach. Where The Seaweed Forager is a portrait, this is the season: the shore across the months when the foraging is at its best.
The workshops it shows are the ones we still run on the same stretch of coast between Elie and Kingsbarns: On the Rocks for the full forage-and-fire day, and the Seaweed Taster for the ninety-minute introduction.
